We hand-pack every order with care in our San Diego studio. Please allow:

  • 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 days after shipment

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every high-neck bikini and swimdress we create. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return Basics

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Return shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Carefully pack your unworn, tagged items in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return

Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Swimwear with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Items purchased during final sale or special promotions (clearly marked)
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
