At Bikini By Muse, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we love designing it. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Our Return Promise

Just like our premium swimwear fabrics that resist fading, we stand behind the quality of every halter bikini, crossback tankini, and swimdress we create. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our San Diego customer care team at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Carefully pack your unworn, tagged items in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges:

1. Follow the return process above
2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return

Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following cannot be returned:

• Swimwear with removed tags or signs of wear
• Items purchased during final sale or special promotions (will be clearly marked)
• Custom or made-to-order pieces

International Returns

For our international Muses (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

• You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
• Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
