Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship globally! However, we currently cannot deliver to select remote areas and parts of Asia. Our checkout system will automatically notify you if we can’t ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two delivery methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 business days after dispatch with tracking
  • Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days with tracking
All orders are hand-packed in our San Diego studio within 1-2 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1-2 business days, plus:
  • 10-15 days for Standard Shipping
  • 15-25 days for Free Shipping
These estimates exclude customs processing, which varies by country. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend Standard Shipping and ordering early.
